How to use Windows Live Mail to PDF Converter?

Download & Install the software first in your system and Then launch the program from Start>>Programs>>Windows Live Mail to PDF Converter
In the first screen you can see 2 options available to convert emails from; Windows Live Mail & Windows Mail. Select the email client which is installed or present in your machine. After that; click on "Next" button.

If user choose Now a new screen appears, here you can see the location from where the software has selected the emails.
Next, choose File naming option; choose the naming format that suits you. There are 8 options available, of which the first option is for saving the emails as original file name & the remaining option you can check in the images below:
Next, you have to choose the Attachment saving option: But first check on the "Save Attachment" box
- Save Attachment & Embed in PDF: To save attachment files keeping it embedded with the PDF file.
- Save Attachment in folder: To save attachment in a separate folder that the software save in the same location where the converted PDF files are saved.
After completing all the above steps, at this point you have to click on the "Convert Message to PDF" button. Then you will be asked to select a location to save the PDF file on conversion. You can choose any location in the machine, after which the conversion will automatically start.
When the process is complete you will get the message of its completion.

Now go to the location which you choose for saving the PDF files, open any PDF to check-out how it has been converte
You can see an attachment icon on the document, click there to view your attachment files. This will work only if you choose the save attachments embed in PDF option.
