Download and run the EML converter software tool.

Add the EML files and folders using Select Files and Select Folders options.

All the folders and subfolders will appear on the screen, and check the required folders from here and click on the Next button.

Now click on the Select Saving Option and choose the required saving types as per your choice. (Here we are selecting the PDF option.)

Click on the Filter Options tab and apply the required filters to export particular data.

The EML converter software will choose the desktop location by default.

Change the location as per your choice by using the Browse button.

Enable the Same Converted Messages in Same Source Folders option to save your emails in the same folders as the source.

Apply the File Naming Option to manage your converted emails.

And hit the Next button to start the live EML file conversion.

After the complete EML conversion process, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, and click on the OK button to continue.

Lastly, the selected location to save the resultant data will be opened automatically on the screen.
